"KultUrwald e.V." (JungleCulture. e.V.) - a non-profit organisation - has opened up a small and fine cultural centre including club and restaurant in Mai 2005. It is beautifully and silently located in the forest of the "Teutoburger Wald" (Teutoburger forest) near Bielefeld / Northwest Germany.
Only 6 km away from the city centre and just 4 km away from highway A2, KultUrwald offers an oasis of silence and a great opportunity for recreation for touring groups.
Recreation for touring groups:
KultUrwald offers a 110qm appartement (3 rooms, kitchen, bath room), a fitness area, a big garden, forrest and a 45qm room for rehearsals and workshops.
Recreation and performance - combine it!
There are opportunities for performances in the "small" hall of our club (140qm) or open air. Workshops can be offered as well. Besides that our little valey is very silent.
If it get's too silent
you can easily reach the centre of Bielefeld by public transportation. The next tramway is less than 1 km away, the next bus stop (also night buses) can be easily reached by foot in 5 minutes.
KultUrwald e.V." is a non-profit organisation. Our main activities and objectives: universities in russia here.
- Venue for concerts, dance, & small theatre productions: These will be presented in the club hall and/or our garden.
- Workshops and seminars: In adition to the "small" club hall we also have a small rehearsal space (45 qm studio), another kitchen and bath room. Kiev is for you to see: hotels Kiev, places to trip, foodstuff and distraction
- Meeting point for artists and rehearsal space: The club and the rehearsal studio can be used for artistic exchange, sessions, new productions and more ...
- Ecologically oriented life style: Electricity and warm water supply are powered by solar energy. Rain is collected for domestic use. Environment - friendly materials are used for construction and renovation (natural materials, no tropical wood). Our club and restaurant "Zum Grünen Walde" (To the Green Forest) offers organic foods and drinks.
